Situated on a quiet dirt road in rural Waterville, our one bedroom cottage is a short drive to both Smugglers Notch and Jay Peak resorts.  

On a cold winter morning, while curled up on the couch, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of Laraway Mountain through your living room windows.

The Winter Season at the Guest Cottage brings with it a host of fun activities.  Although outdoor recreation activities are abundant in our area, you may also choose to visit some local art galleries, antique shops, or one of the nearby wineries or breweries.  

Our well appointed cottage features a full kitchen, queen size bed, an oversized shower, a DVD/CD player and satellite TV.   Linens are included.
